One unique customer phone number messaging your business within a 24-hour window = 1 conversation. Your customer can send 1 message or 50 messages in that window — it's still just one conversation. No per-message charges.

How does the wallet work?

You top up a prepaid wallet (minimum ~$5). Each customer served deducts $0.11 from your balance. You control the spend — no surprise invoices, no recurring charges.

What happens when my wallet runs out?

Your system keeps working. We give you a 48-hour grace period so your business is never interrupted. Top up when you can — we'll never cut off your customers mid-conversation.

Are the 30 free conversations monthly?

Is $0.11 per conversation expensive?

If your average sale is $10, the $0.11 conversation that closed it is about 1% cost-of-sale. If a hotel room is $25/night, the booking conversation is 0.4%. You only pay when a real customer reaches out — which means potential revenue every time.

Are there any hidden fees?
