1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Ciniter Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Ciniter Hub provides business automation through operational systems, management tools, and communication services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your chosen billing cycle. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment: if you are not satisfied within 14 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds for partial billing periods.
Prices are reviewed quarterly. If pricing changes, you will be notified at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Annual subscribers are locked at their signup rate for the full billing year.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data you input into the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ciniter Hub is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
